White barrel fermented
The genuineness of a territory lays on its essence and so does this wine, since it belongs to a millenary local variety. Fermented in oak barrels, it is notable for its body and structure, which come from an evolved Xarel•lo. It is characterized by a pale yellow tone with attractive golden and ivory highlights which denote its ageing in barrels. Warm and lively, once in the mouth, an aftertaste of ripe white fruit and slight touches of toast are appreciated.
